I have dealt with chronic pain at the C6/C7 disc and vertebrae for over a year and a half before finding Farryn at Evexia. These sessions are now a staple of my recovery process. This is such a fantastic way to care for your body! I have been going to Michelle for over a year. I started out with a 10-session program where she worked to bring my body back into alignment, which allowed my body to function better overall. Advice on movements and positions I could incorporate daily during work and at home were incredibly helpful to this process. Bryan and Michelle are both very good, knowledgeable and intuitive massage therapists. They do deep, myofascial work that targets whatever muscular problems I'm having. While it can sometimes be painful releasing tight spots, they are very responsive to my level of tolerance and I always feel better afterward. The practice is warm, inviting and low-key, and I always look forward to my visits.
