After a truly horrible experience at a salon in my hometown, I was honestly nervous to try somewhere new — but coming to XO Nails completely restored my faith. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. James is incredibly talented, meticulous, and professional. He listens to exactly what I want, pays attention to every detail, and makes sure I leave loving my nails. The quality of his work is outstanding — clean lines, perfect shaping, and beautiful finish. XO Nails has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the customer service is top-tier. I am so grateful I found James — I won’t be going anywhere else!

On instagram saw XO Nails & Spa on my feed, scheduled appointment for regular mani and pedicure! I was given a rose when I arrived for Valentine's Day!! So sweet!! Manicurist was attentive and gave massages hands, feet and calves. Actually took care of my cuticles-thank you Massage chair with pedicure and I was given a warm dry heat compress for my neck while I was getting my pedicure! So so relaxing. Saw customers getting the Valentine package included Champagne, chocolates and flowers pedals in the pedi water! Super cute! Highly recommend! Parking lot available

I had my first visit at this salon today and I’m honestly blown away. Taffy did my nails and she was phenomenal. She handled all the filing, shaping, and design, and she absolutely nailed it — everything came out clean, even, and gorgeous. On top of that, she’s so sweet, funny, and genuinely friendly. She made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. And a big shoutout to Lisa for my spa pedicure — she took her time, paid attention to every detail, and my feet feel brand new. Amazing first visit. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is amazing! Being my first time visiting, I had a wonderful experience! I had an appointment with Taffy for a full acrylic set as well as an eyebrow wax and she was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services I got. I will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing nail experience.

I’ve been searching for a nail salon and tech for years and have been to The Groove, Rock Nails and so many others BUT have finally found my home!!! They’re prompt, have an amazing receptionist and attentive techs. I came here with my granddaughter for her first day of pre K 3 (they have an Elsa and Anna Chair… a MUST!! lol ) and came back due to the way she and I were treated! My nails had been damaged and were brittle due to a type of gel remover a previous salon had used. After discussing it with the receptionist she recommended Luke. I am 62 and have ALWAYS done my nails the same way. Same shaping, colors, …. Boring lol. Luke shaped my nails perfectly and took care as he hand painted the French white. I’m hooked!!! Will never go anywhere else.
