Chris and staff have been so awesome and informative! I found Prime IV through a referral from my functional medicine provider, and I have nothing but great things to say. The facilities are so clean; the staff has been friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. These professionals genuinely care about their clients’ health and wellness and will take the time and effort to help you reach your goals - not product pushers! I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

The level of professionalism at this place is truly top tier, especially Mattiie’s. He was welcoming, incredibly informative, and even apologized for being fully booked on a Saturday when I was trying to get in—which says a lot about how much he genuinely cares. His team is just as wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Sara, who was knowledgeable and guided me through my first drip with ease and confidence. I was beyond impressed by their work ethic and the exceptional level of cleanliness. This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Wonderful owners, Wonderful staff. I have been there several times, every experience is better than the one before. They explain everything that they do, and actually care about everyone that walks into those doors. Tremendous products and an even better staff. Definitely worth the money. Will definitely be back.

Mattie was amazing over the phone and when I came in he was so helpful. Monica the nurse that did my IV was so nice and I was so grateful. Also Mattie let my fiancé sit with me after he got back from letting the doggie out and doing errands. I am so grateful for everyone in the office
