If I can give 0 stars I would…DO NOT RUIN YOUR FACE BY GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! I did my lashes first and they all fell off but that’s the least of my worries. I made the horrible mistake of doing microblading on my eyebrows. They were excessively thick. After a couple of months the strokes became thicker and thicker until they all united and it looked like I colored them in with a sharpie. Then after a year or two, I thought they would fade but they started turning blue! So I went to a woman to have it removed. She told me that she could see the scar/indentation marks in my skin. That means she went in too deep and that’s why the ink spread and that’s why it was so extremely painful and I bled like crazy making me want to pass out several times. I found this place in google and i got a discount for it. My appointment time was honored and I love my new eyelashes. I don’t remember the name of the girl but I believe it was Liza. I will definitely go back for a refill and I will ask for her. She is good and courteous. I had a great experience!

I went to this place because it was convenience to do the eye lash lifting, this was a big mistake not only it took 1 hour and 1/2 but also the products that they use didn't work my lashes at the end of the service were the same as before I told the lady it did not work then she went inside for a while to talk to someone came out did not say nothin and charge me. I paid because she use her time on me it just the product was bad expired or something that did not work, but I contacted the business to let them know and haven't heard from them, they are cheap but the place ugly and kind of dirty. that was my experience.

It was my first time trying this establishment out for my eyelashes and I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. I arrived early for my 1:30 appointment and was finally seen 4 and half hours later. And even after the long wait I wasn’t seen by the technician that I chose when booking my appointment, Yane. When I schedule an appointment for a service, I expect to be seen at that time, and by the person that I booked the appointment with. I paid too much money ($170 for eyelashes) to have this terrible experience. You’re better off finding anyone else in Miami to do beauty services instead of wasting your time and money here.

I had my appointment at 1 I arrived at 12:40 and her assistant which seems not professional at all, I don’t understand how can a busy place don’t hire people profesional that take cares the appointment and respond the message correctly is hired for a business, so she text me at exactly 12:45 that Yane was running late, I asked how late she says like 2 hours behind, I wait more than 2 hours and it was 2 more people in front of me, so I decided to leave she sees the customer upsets didn’t offer for another appointment or at least an apology since people travel so far away. I think is yane start hiring people profesional with good empathy towards her customer she’s going to loose at lot people personally I was one one I refer a lot clients to her but she needs to put her business more profesi
