I did my first laser hair removal treatment at LB Beauty. Sophia was extremely comforting and informative. She explains every step and answers all questions with patience and in a very kind manner. Sophia does a very good job at setting expectations during your service and post-treatment care. The location is clean and quiet.

The spa environment is clean, modern, and very relaxing, which complements the quality of the service. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the session.
