I love this place I’ve been going here for years they always get my nails perfectly How I want them and I always get a gel pedicure when I go and it’s last for months. My acrylic nails last the perfect amount I expect my nails are always in water washing hair or cleaning dish’s, I’m beyond happy with this nail salon and they always accommodate me if there is a design I don’t like they fix it for me. Their costumer service is great. They also do the best design one main reason I go here. I never make an appointment and I’ve been to probably all the nail tech and they are all so good. I can’t believe how much talent is in just one place. Best nail salon on Long Island

I had heard great things about this place and decided to try it out before my birthday. The lady gave me two cuts while using an electric drill to cut my cuticles. My right hand finger bled continuously, but she remained completely oblivious to it. When I asked her multiple times about it, she finally got up and brought cuticle oil, which she applied to my bleeding finger. She said it would stop while she continued painting my nails. I was furious, but I couldn’t leave because it was my birthday the next day, and I had to finish getting my nails done. I had swollen fingers for days and it’s been 1.5 week and I’m still recovering from it.

Worker got gel polish all over my cousins sweatshirt and did not even tell her or apologize. When we spoke to the owner her response was “sorry”. The sweatshirt was brand new and over $80.00. Their solution was to give them the ruined sweatshirt, buy a new one and come back with the receipt. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be returning.

If you are Black/African American don’t bother coming here, they are not respectful to us! I asked for a UV gel fill with french design using a natural nude base. I was told “Pink French is what comes with French design”. I asked for a pedicure and the young man rushed and was finished in 5mins. I requested another person as he did not clean my cuticles. I was not asked/offered callus remover for under my feet. It was as if they did not want to touch my feet. Imagine paying over $100 for this awful job. BEWARE, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I heard great things about this nail salon and drove 30 minutes to get my nails done, but unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. Within just a week, my nails started lifting, cracking, and even coming off. my skin around my nails also had a reaction to the gel that was left on my skin. I paid $70 expecting them to last, especially since I got them done for my graduation and they broke before It even happened. I called the salon to explain what happened and was told there would be no charge to fix them. I made the drive all the way back, only to be sat down and told I would have to pay, despite being told otherwise on the phone. This experience was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and rude.
