In person and on the phone, this salon is top notch in professionalism, very welcoming with the most happy, upbeat stylist Ariana who is now MY stylist. Sweet, knowledgeable about current styles, going out of her way to bring a book outlining various hairstyles for me to choose from be it long short, or in-between as well as another stylist providing me with post-it-note paper to stick onto my possible choices. The lovely upscale decor, as well as their providing coffee and snacks while you wait make customers feel "at home". Today was my first day at the salon, and when I walked through the door I felt like I’ve been going there for years. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and it was a wonderful experience. Tina the owner will answer any questions that you have and will help you with any decisions you need to make and will give you the perfect hairstylist for whatever style you want. I was so pleased With my haircut, I wear my hair short spiky a little funky, and Claire is the best. It felt wonderful to be so happy with the haircut with a new hairstylist since my hairstylist that’s been cutting my hair for 20 years moved to Florida. This is definitely a five star salon and PS it’s actually gorgeous!!!! Oh, and there’s a little spot when you walk in that sells merchandise really nice stuff also!
