X-U2 Plaza Trendy Nails Inc

I go there twice a month for fill ins and pedicures. I spend at least 200$ a month at this salon. I called to see if they could do a fill in but I have to be done by a certain time and that I had work, they said ok. From the time I called to the time they started my nails it was an hour and 15 minutes. The owner Mark did my nails and thought his time was best spent yelling and arguing with me about the wait time instead of doing my nails. This is the second time he was incredibly rude to me, I’ve never had someone try to pick a fight with me like he did. On top of his nasty attitude my nails looks awful for the second time he has done them. The girls that work there as so sweet so it’s a real shame. They just lost a twice a month client and I will be brining my money elsewhere.

I always have a great experience here whenever I get my nails done at X-U2. The quality is consistently amazing, and their prices are lower than anywhere else I’ve seen without sacrificing results. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating, which makes each visit enjoyable. They’re also fast but still super efficient—my nails always come out perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Friendly staff, clean salon, and they didn’t push me too hard to do any add ons like most salons do. I got a regular polish French pedicure and the price wasn’t bad at all. I haven’t gotten a pedicure in years but I’d come back here :)

I love my girl, Hannah.She makes sure I am comfortable and knows exactly what I want and need from massages color choices to quiet. The best service I ever had. The entire staff is very attentive and courteous. I would definitely suggest you give them a try

I love the new owners, the salon is well maintained and everyone is sweet and professional. I always go to Jackie for the nails, but everyone does beautiful work. I highly recommend them to anyone. Update: just did Christmas Nails with my wife! We love them!
