⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa This newly opened spa in Holbrook is such a relaxing and beautiful space. I really enjoyed my facial. It was calm, soothing, and the staff took time to explain every step of the treatment. I’m currently pregnant, and I truly appreciated how they customized the facial to my needs and used pregnancy-safe ingredients, which is so important to me. After the treatment, my skin felt deeply hydrated and had that glass-skin glow. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Ask for Allison, she took such great care of me and made the experience even better ✨💆‍♀️ ✨💆‍♀️

I joined as a founding member, and I'm so happy with the staff here—everyone's so welcoming and sweet. I've had different estheticians, and I have to say everyone's been great so far, but my facial today with Anita was AMAZING. She's so kind, knowledgeable and has amazing energy. She made me feel super relaxed the entire time, and we had a nice conversation 😊 I highly recommend this place, from the front desk staff to management, everyone's great. I look forward to my monthly treatments, and they keep everything extremely clean. 10/10 ❤️

This place is absolutely the best! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with stellar customer service. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and everything is kept so clean and beautiful - even the music and the scent in the reception area create such a relaxing atmosphere. I was running a bit behind and was nervous about missing my appointment, but Lindsey was so kind and understanding on the phone. She reassured me to take my time and drive safely, which I truly appreciated. Anita was my esthetician, and she went above and beyond. She really listened to my skincare needs, took her time, and I left with my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I would highly recommend this location. I’ve visited a few Hand & Stone locations before, and this has been one of the best experiences

Alexis is hands down the best aesthetician I’ve been to. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything as she went, and made sure the treatment was tailored to exactly what my skin needed. My skin looked and felt better immediately, and I loved that her recommendations were honest and never pushy. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their long-term skin health. Professional, skilled, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Alexis and will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I booked with them in December for February two massages. At first, they told me that they do not have enough staff for two people at the same time. I completely understood and said no problem. I’ll call them back. Then the receptionist stated she spoke with her boss that they would make it work for that one Saturday since they will have more people. I wanted to confirm my appointment due to not receiving any update regarding the massages. And I was informed that we do not have any appointments for my husband, but we have one for me.
