I was told the haircut was $45 and when it was over, I was charged $55 because there was "more cutting". Isn't this a haircut? That was really shady to just change the price because they felt like it.

I cut my hair with Elizabeth, and she told me she needed to charge extra because my hair is thick, and she lost a customer due to the time it took her to finish my haircut. At the time, I was caught off guard by her statement and said nothing because I was in shock. But come on, that's a ridiculous thing to tell a customer, lol. I later got a haircut from the lady who sits near the window. I asked for a high fade and got a straight up undercut. If all you need is the removal of your hair, this place may be fine. It's also fairly easy to get a walk-in appointment.

This was my 2nd haircut with the salon. First one was good but second one was kind of messed up. I showed a picture to give an idea of what kind of haircut I want, the photo had waves and layers. Its difficult to tell whether final haircut has waves and layers when the cut is done because sometimes, they show up after you shampoo hair again. When I came home, I noticed one side hair was not even properly cut, it was longer than the other side and I had to cut it myself. On top of that, they gave me a short boy cut.
