Vernal Skincare Spa NJ

Finally found a real Asian head spa in New Jersey! The whole experience was so relaxing OMG! Massage, steam, scalp care… My hair is softer and less oily now. Will definitely be back soon!

Such a great find in downtown JC! Vernal Skincare on Grove St offers an amazing head spa experience—only 1 minute from the PATH. The space is new, clean, and very relaxing. I did a 75-min facial + head spa, and everything felt thoughtful and well done. My skin was deeply cleansed and hydrated, and the scalp, shoulder, and neck massage was so soothing it felt like live ASMR. Loved the little details like the pre-warmed heated blanket and dimmed lights for eye comfort. Highly recommend for winter self-care!

The best hair and facial care you can find in NJ riverside area, probably! I had a hair care there and it’s so comfortable and refreshing. The massage is exactly what I need and after the treatment my hair really glows. Would like to come back!

I had a fantastic experience at Vernal. I went in for a head spa along with a mini facial. For those familiar with Asian hair salons, they offer incredible head massages during hair washing. This was similar but lasted much longer and didn’t include a haircut. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to purchase a package. The location is convenient, and the environment is very calming and clean.

This spa has really great service — the staff are friendly and attentive. The head treatment was super relaxing, one of the best I’ve had so far. The place is clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable. It’s a great spot to unwind. Highly recommend!
