Wynn nails and spa

Daughter’s toes were left with unpainted parts and cut crookedly. Showed the first photo for reference and the guy insisted we pick a color from a nail book from the 90s. $45 for this plus card fee. Didn’t want to post my toes but I asked for acrylic on my big toes and was given a build made too wide and uneven. Dried gel was left on my cuticle bed and paint was uneven. Cost $55 Probably the last time I’ll go here. Super disappointed that they were lazy and wasted my time and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I’ve never really gone to any other salon besides this one until today. Usually, I just walk into a salon and have never had any issues, until now. I came in for a French tip refill, but when I asked for a small correction because the nails didn’t look nice, the response I received was completely unprofessional. The nails and lines weren't straight, the polish was lumpy, and none of the tips were even. Instead of fixing the issue, they told me, “Well, if you don’t like the work, go somewhere else.” Not only was that comment disrespectful, but after that, they became rough with my hands and overall rude and dismissive. I'm not sure the woman who did my dip powder has ever done nails in her life. The worst set I've ever had done. The whites are uneven, every single nail is bumpy, the color isn't the same all the way across the nails and there's even small bubbles & when I told the lady that my nails were bumpy, she said its fine, it's good, don't worry. I paid $76 for this. I will not go back here when we're back in the area.

I took my niece and mother in law there on Monday, and we were the first ones there right as they opened. I asked for a pedi and a fill. At the time, there was only one tech there she began my my pedi while my mother and niece waited for the techs to arrive. It quickly became busy, and the male tech rushed through my mother in laws nails to begin working on mine. I asked him how long it would take as we had another appointment, and i didn't want him to rush. He assured me that he could do it no problem. Another 10 minutes passed, and still, i hadn't started, and so i decided i didn't want to be rushed and declined the fill. I looked at my mother in laws nails as soon as we left and saw they were clumpy, and not even four days later, they started to peel off.

Nice place, the women are friendly, the men not so much (why so serious?). I do my nails different colors every two weeks and they do an excellent job. Always go walk-in and they have the time to see me even if it’s packed.
