He’s attentive to my needs and does a fantastic job explaining his technique and the muscle groups he’s working on. I presented to him with very tense and tight muscles. I have been seeing Josh for years. He has physical therapy knowledge under his belt which makes him an amazing massage therapist. He is now educated on lymphatic drainage as well. He can do deep tissue massage and relaxation massage with the same level of expertise. Many can only do one or the other. He offers a stretch session before massage that is amazing for people like me who struggle to relax the muscles enough to fully benefit from a relaxing massage.
