Wynn Nail Bar

Terrible experience. Had an appointment for 2pm on December 23rd. The parking lot was a mad house because of the holidays and everyone Christmas shopping. I walked in the door at 2:05 and Chris my nail tech said he took another client during my appointment time! I could understand if I was 10-15 minutes late, But I walked in the salon door at 2:05! I was even okay with seeing someone else even though I was pissed he took another client during my scheduled time. But then I was told no one could see me and I could come back later. I drove 30 minutes for this appointment. They clearly are just trying to make a buck since the holidays are a busy time to get nails done and were saying yes to walk in’s even if they couldn’t annd shouldn’t accommodate them. Will not return.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! 1st of all, I spent close to 100 on a regular manicure and pedicure. Yes I asked to basic regular polish. In LESS THAN 24 hrs my polish has chipped off. When I called to speak to someone, they nonchalantly brushed me off saying that is why you shouldn’t get regular. ALSO the lady that waxed my eyebrows, she ripped off some of my skin. I have two areas on eye lids what have scabs on it. This is not the service anyone should receive after paying 100. I will NEVER go here again and I will be telling everyone I know about my awful experience.

Got a fill in yesterday for my acrylic nails. The girl was really sweet but she completely messed up my nails. They are jagged and different sizes. Bubbles in the nails. You can see exactly where the old nail was and where she filled in. I’ve had multiple refilled and they never look like this. I’m not satisfied at all.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a nail salon. I was in tears by the time I got into my car. I believe that if I’m paying you for a service, I want it to be done and look the way I want it to. I’m not afraid to speak up. I try not to be rude, but I’m not going to sit in silence while the technician is doing or not doing what I’ve asked. I came in as a walk in for a pedicure. I had a broken toe nail that I asked to have fixed with an acrylic overlay. The technician applied the acrylic powder on both my big toes… everywhere except where it was broken. Which is what I asked for her to do, to apply it where the nail had broken off. The application of the acrylic after she had applied it was extremelty uneven. I went to Wynn on a Friday late afternoon after work. I had to change my appointment time last minute so I fully expected to get there and it be crazy busy because of it being Friday evening. I had no wait. My pedicure was perfect. My gel polish looks amazing. I got my nails done as well and Michelle SNATCHED them. They are the best nails I’ve ever had and even though I was there until after closing, she didn’t rush. She was very thorough and helped me decide because I don’t like to. She will be my go to now! I was there for 3 hours and it was worth every minute and dollar.
