Knot Work Massage & Bodywork Therapy

I've had multiple massages over the years in different states-some good, & others, not the best. Today, I was thoroughly impressed at the quality massage provided by Tifnie. She was AMAZING!!! I'm so glad to have found her and wholeheartedly recommend her. You won't be disappointed!

I had my first massage with Tifnie and it was awesome! I have had several massages in the past and she was hands down the best! She took the time to not only listen to my areas of concern , but advised me on different things she could do to help me feel better. I was having a lot of stiffness in my neck, shoulders and back area and by the time she had finished I was feeling like a new person! She explained everything she was going to do and help get rid of the knots from my shoulders and back. She also recommended some self care stretches I could do at home to help with getting more flexible. I scheduled my next massage before I left and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a great therapeutic and relaxing massage

Tifnie most definitely knows her stuff, and she is very personable. Her workspace is pleasing to all senses, and a relaxing ambiance for the therapy. Tifnie gave me several helpful recommendations for other avenues I should pursue in my journey back to health, and really worked out my kinks without making me feel like just another body on the table. THE best place to get a massage in the Raleigh area. Hands down! Tifnie actually cares about her customers. Unlike other massage therapists who are just following a script, she’s very personable in conversation, and will adjust to suit exactly what you need to be worked on. One time my left side was aching from driving and I wanted work mostly on that side, so she did! She’s very careful to make sure you’re comfortable. I wouldn’t give my money to anyone else.
