Jody doesn’t just give a standard massage. She takes the time to understand exactly what my body needs and precisely targets the areas that require real therapeutic work. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Every session is purposeful and effective, and I always leave feeling genuine relief. Jody is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. She not only takes her time with rehabilitation on every part of your body that needs work, but she also gives amazing at home exercises to help.
