The facility is spotless, modern, and beautifully set up right on Pacific Coast Highway, making it super convenient and welcoming. The cold plunges are maintained at perfect temperatures (ranging from those invigorating 33–46°F levels), and the contrast with the dry sauna or other recovery options like red light therapy, PEMF, and hyperbaric sessions creates an unbeatable full-body reset. After a session, I walk out feeling energized, with reduced inflammation, clearer focus, and that massive dopamine boost everyone raves about—it’s like hitting refresh on your entire syste

I love it here! I started plunging around 2 months ago and each time gets better and better. It really gets me in tune with my body and makes me mentally tougher. I also really love the PEMF and massage chair. The vibe at plunge overall is immaculate!

This place is awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Here is my honest review: The feeling after getting out of the cold plunge tub was amazing! But to top it off with a nice warm up in the sauna right after was really revitalizing! I felt incredible. Words can’t describe! Really clean place of business, great service, amazing music etc. Great location, wonderful atmosphere and great vibe! I felt incredible after my session today! I am coming back for sure! I recommend this place to anyone who cold plunges regularly and even if you have never done it! 5 ⭐️S!

I love Plunge Performance! The whole team is great and the vibe is superb. The equipment is top notch and everything is always clean. I've had an unlimited membership and plunge 5-7 days/week since August 2024 but I first found them in March 2022 and have always had a wonderful experience. I love coming here regularly, it's my favorite part of my wellness routine. I also do their red light bed 1-2x per month and absolutely love it. They also have a hyperbaric chamber, PEMF, and HOCATT ozone therapy, besides the 185° sauna which I use for a good sweat after almost every plunge. 10/10 recommend!!!

Plunge Performance and Recovery is a clean, fun, tranquil place to chill out. The staff walked us through our first cold plunge and prepared us. We enjoyed the sauna area afterwards. Plunge does not sell flip-flop sandals and/or swimming trunks, so arrive prepared. We will go back to Plunge Performance for more, and longer, dunks.
