WOW Nails & Day Spa

I’ve been coming to this place since it opened. Amy is truly amazing! The other ladies are great too but Amy is kind, patient and she always makes my nails look fantastic. She’s been doing my nails for 12 years. I highly recommend her and this place.

We had a fine experience at the shop; it was my mom, me, and my 6year old daughter. We got the classic manicures and my daughter got the princess manicure. The ladies treated us nicely, but we had to ask three times to all be seated together. Today - just ONE DAY after the manicure, two of my daughter’s polish(es?) just slid right off. One was putting on socks and one was just playing on the couch. I’ve never seen anything like it. She is so disappointed and so am I. What a shame and a great disappointment.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was especially bad. I got a pedicure and full set of acrylics done earlier today from Traci/Thuy. Let’s start with the fact that she never did any cuticle work. I asked for medium length coffin shaped nails. She filed all my nails into an almond shape, I corrected her and she had to reshape them. She applied the acrylic very thickly on to my nails then only shaped around the base of the nail, leaving the ends very thick and bumpy and sloping upwards. I told her they were not shaped right/looked wonky and asked her to reshape them. I had to coach her on how to shape the nail. She kept only filing one side and I kept asking her to file the other side to even it out. Literally so frustrating that I almost took the drill out of her hands to do it mysel

Amy at WOW nails is the absolute best!! I’ve been seeing her for 15 years for nails and eye brows. She is so efficient and always makes my nails look amazing!! Book her asap!!!
