My MIL and myself have gone to this place for a few years, going every 2-4 weeks. My technicians have always been great, however the female manager is what ruined it for me. I went with 3 family members to get our nails done for my own wedding, and made the appointment 5ish weeks in advance. The day of, it was chaotic to say the least. They wouldn’t give my mom a chance to breathe when she was choosing a color although we were 15 minutes early. Then they sat 3 of us down for pedicures and separated my mom to do manicure. No big deal, but when I inquired about it and asked them to please bring my mom over to do pedicures first with the rest of us, the female manager yelled in her language and was very annoyed and angry. I don’t recommend coming here, had a terrible experience. I came to get my nails done here based on the pictures from website and let me tell you it’s nothing like that, it’s more like they hurry as fast as they can to get you out of there. Firstly they didn’t ask what base color I wanted when getting my full set, which was going to be white French tip with diamonds, they just went ahead and put a light pink base, but I should’ve noticed the red flag when I seen the tips they were going to use which looked like they were curved and from the early 2000’s vibes. Secondly, I showed them my reference picture and the nails were long, did they even come close to that length? No. When I said I usually like longer, they said it was long enough. I started receiving service from This location a few months ago because the nail technician that was servicing me from a different nail salon retired 😞. I usually have the dip for my hands and a few times my nails break after just one week. I did have a pedicure and the technician was pulling my cuticles instead of clipping them. It was horrible experience and I didn’t notice how horrible the pedicure turned out until I came home. I will no longer spending my $$ at this nail salon.

This was my second time getting a pedicure and manicure. I felt like I received 5-star treatment. Luke was very thorough with everything that he did. I never felt rushed, and everything was very sanitized. Very relaxing! I can’t wait to come again! Love my nails!!

I really like coming here. I’ve been a customer for almost 5 years now and I can definitely say they consistently do a great no chip manicure. Today May did my nails and I was super pleased. Everyone generally is pretty good and I’ve had almost every tech there do my nails. Good prices, and hardly ever a wait because I am a walk-in diehard and appointments are never required. Tip on cc is ok, but I always do cash to be considerate.
