The product I was looking for is out of stock everywhere nearby. The employee in the store (I didnt get her name, it wasn’t on my receipt, but she had pigtail buns?) was extremely helpful. She looked up the ingredients and compared it to other products on the shelf. We’re assuming the product was discontinued because the same brand has a different product with identical ingredients. I appreciate her help! It’s the only product I needed to keep doing my own nails!

I bought a shampoo and conditioner and there was a discount tag under it and they didn’t honor it because it wasn’t for the product that I bought. Then why was the tag under it. That was very misleading.

Manager was absolutely terrible to the cashier. I needed to use my credit card but it's had an issue so they always need my id with a separate prompt to enter my social for me to pay. A manager typically is doing this process anyways because they need to approve it. Poor guy was trying everything he knew (he was a newer employee) to try to get this to work for me not going back once but TWICE before she finally came out the third time aggravated and gave me my id back. Then cracked the attitude at him too said to her employee "You should be fine now." And stomped back into the backroom. By this point there was a line alongside this cashier being super flustered and put under unnecessary stress for something so simple. worst experience possible. cashier accused me of using a counterfeit bill (a crisp $20 from an atm) and made numerous comments insinuating as such. when i told her to take a marker to check it she declined and said she would continue purchase. i chose to terminate the transaction due to the absolute rudeness of this staff work on your money identification and customer service. so disappointing and unprofessional. we we absolutely not be returning

So I just went into try and find a shampoo, and when asking the cashier, the person who seemed like a manager Answered my question “with are you a licensed Professional?” And then told me that I should go next-door to the salon when I asked if they knew anywhere that I could buy it at, luckily the super helpful employee gave me suggestions where I might be able to find it instead of just writing me off and being really rude like the manager lady. If you don’t like being in retail, maybe you’re in the wrong business, learn to be nicer to your customers. I 150% will not be shopping here again. Will be going to Ulta or just online.
