Workbar Cambridge

I have been a member of Workbar and Workbar Cambridge for a long time. On pretty near the top floor, love the views and light. Great space for taking calls, collaborating, and then having solo work time. It's smaller than other Workbar spaces, but I love the charm and intimacy. It's easy to flow from the different rooms. I lived around the corner from Workbar and found it especially helpful to come in the evenings to get focus work done away from the kiddo and any distractions around the house. I have always loved the community managers and leadership at Workbar Cambridge. Marisa has been a mainstay and always brightened my day when I came in. TL;DR: Poor service and unproductive workspace I recently signed up for a Workbar membership, initially impressed by the 50% off promotion. However, after my first visit, I realized the space did not meet my expectations and was not conducive to my productivity needs. Within 24 hours of signing up, I requested to cancel my membership. Although the customer service and community manager were polite and listened to my concerns, they were unable to resolve the issue effectively. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and support I received, and I can't recall the last time I encountered such unhelpful service

I've been a member here for almost a year. This location is well-run by friendly community managers. The spaces are cleanly organized into noise levels: if I don't mind background noise, I'll hang in the cafe, but if I need quiet focus, I'll move upstairs to the quiet or silent areas. (Also, Workbar isn't plagued by the incredibly noisy HVAC system at the other nearby coworking space.)

Great place! I love the three-room concept—one for calls, one for group discussions, and one for quiet work.
