A Touch of Hope Massage

Zola is an extraordinary body-worker. She had very warm, strong, hands, and attentively searched for the source of my muscle pain, and then gently held it until it released. The studio was very comforting and relaxing, and working with her put me at ease in my body. But I think most importantly, Zola thinks of herself as a healer and takes that job seriously -- she really wanted me to leave her feeling better than when I arrived, and that warmed my heart.

Zola has a deep understanding of the human body that is apparent just a few minutes into a massage. She works confidently with the most delicate and complicated layers of muscle. After a massage with Zola I feel not only rejuvenated, but educated on how to better support my own body. Highly recommend!

Zola is absolutely magical! I came in with neck and shoulder pain, and Zola was able to zero in on my problem, come at it from multiple angles, and leave me feeling so relaxed and pain free! She also gave me helpful suggestions for things I could do to take care of my body between visits. I also echo what other reviews say about Zola immediately putting me at ease, and the clean, warm comfort of the space. I’m the kind of person whose mind doesn’t stop running, but for 60 blissful minutes I was able to put all my worries to the side, and just relax. The experience was heavenly, and I can’t wait to return!

Zola is amazing! She has such healing energy. Throughout the session, she pays close attention to your body and tries to anticipate your needs--every move she makes feels intentional. She helped me identify the cause of some back pain that was stemming from an entirely different muscle group than I originally thought. I will definitely be back!
