Very unprofessional treatment. I called yesterday 2/12 to schedule an appointment to get a retwist and style done. I was going to use the online booking system but where it was a last minute appointment I thought it would be better to call and confirm the she was really available. She told me yes she was available for 9am on 2/13. And that I didn’t need to book it online I could just come in for 9am I gave her my name and we agreed I would see her on 2/13. Now today I get to the shop at 9 am and it’s not open. I figured she was running late no big deal I wait about 10 minutes and I try calling. I get her voicemail. I then send a text to her with no response. On the door of the salon is a notice about her beauty store that is a few blocks away on the same street so I walk down there to see

My poor brother did not have a good experience. He’s too nice to speak up so I will. He went in for twists in his hair and I understand his hair may not have been the best for this style but as a hairdresser it is your job to educate and make suggestions. My mom did twists in his hair and they came out WAY better than this. She could’ve at least suggested single braids instead if she couldn’t do a decent job. It was so messy and stiff from the product and most of the elastics broke off because there was so much product. I’ll admit we got a good laugh at this looking back but He was charged $100 for this smh I can’t believe she did him like this. 🥺😂 I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. He looks so upset and my mom had to take them out the next day.

I love what she did to my hair! She took time to get the best results for me and I can tell she is a woman who provides quality in her work. I highly recommend her salon!

The lady Mrs. Woozie herself helped me today (on HER birthday) find not one, but two beautiful wigs for (MY birthday) tomorrow. I called ahead of time with a few simple questions because this was my first time at any local Fall River wig shop. I have a lot of experience but any questions I did have for the owner were answered easily, kindly and without any codescencion. Could not have been happier with my experience today!!! And I will be returning for sure. Lots of affordable options; I was literally overwhelmed with the options I wanted to take home 😂. Tons of accessories for wigs and general hair care. I definitely found my new place. 10000x/10

As soon as you walk into the front door you are greeted by Woozie’s cheerful smile which is contagions enough to brighten anyone’s day ☀️ I personally recommend Woizie’s hair salon to anyone looking for the best quality work at a very affordable price. 💯 Some people cheat on their spouses or even their barber. 💈 I can say with the upmost confidence that I will be a loyal satisfied customer every trip!
