I recently had a great experience at A Hair Story. Had called and luckily spoke with Kaylee about my goal to have a gray blended hair color. She was friendly & quickly set up a consultation where we discussed the process and details of how she’d approach the color. A few days later, was in the chair and had a wonderful experience… and the color came out better than I imagined. Kaylee was skilled and professional, talked me through each step. Went in for a keratin treatment to help manage my scraggly and frizzy, curly course hair. I didn't know they always involved flat iron treatment and declined that, and they gave me a deep conditioning instead and added the keratin without the heat as I requested. It has worked brilliantly, my hair is shiny, silky smooth even 10+ days later. I have followed instructions for post-treatment care and I'm very happy with the results. Definitely coming back for more of this as needed! You bought yourself a loyal customer!
