I was so nervous going in to get my wisdom teeth removed but the staff was so nice and assured me everything was going to be fine. The Dr was amazing, she was just getting started with the extraction and a couple min later she says she’s all done. I had two teeth removed!! She was so fast and I didn’t feel a thing. Thank you to everyone there!

I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nguyen. I was more nervous than I needed to be as the procedure went smoothly. My partner also got his wisdom teeth removed here and no issues at all. She and the other staff have always been friendly. Thanks!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Woodbridge Oral Surgery. I was never informed about their strict policy regarding lateness, and when I arrived just a few minutes late, I was told that the doctor had already left. It's unacceptable that the doctor couldn't wait at least 30 minutes, especially since I was not informed of this policy beforehand. They claimed to have called me, but I received no call. Furthermore, the front desk staff were incredibly rude and did not provide clear instructions on what to expect on the day of the surgery. If the doctor had to leave, a simple phone call could have prevented this situation. I cannot recommend Woodbridge Oral Surgery at all.

I needed my 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed, one fully impacted and the other only partially impacted. At my consultation with Dr. Nguyen, I explained that I have severe dental anxiety due to a bad childhood experience, they said no problem and scheduled my wisdom teeth to be removed for the following week. When I arrived for my surgery I thought I better make sure they are going to provide sedation and anesthesia, especially since one of my wisdom teeth is fully horizontally impacted so a bit of bone & cartilage will have to be removed to get that tooth out properly. I was told that they plan to perform this major surgery using only Novocain shots for numbing. I immediately started to panic & I asked if they can please use laughing gas like I was given when I had my top 2 wisdom teeth remov

As soon as a I arrived here I couldn’t locate the door to get in but Chris working at the front desk was paying attention and seen us wandering and helped us out. Chris gave great costumer service that we don’t see these days. Good communication skills.
