Wonder Nails

I was so happy to come here and get my nails done as my pedicures have always been so nice. The kind gentleman took me as a walk in. I had mentioned to the nail tech to be careful as I have a broken nail under my acrylic. As she began to drill, she began to remove nails and pry them up with an artificial tip to remove them. She got to my broken nail and proceeded to do the same. When I asked her to soak it off as it’s my nail under the acrylic she continued with the artificial nail and drilling. To the point of where my nail slipped and ripped. I had enough. Not only did she put the acrylic tip back into the box she would use on other clients, but I walked out of this salon in pain, and angry. The manager, had mentioned she can take care of me, I refused. This is the nail I left with.

Never coming back. Terrible work, lady was rushing, I was the last customer and I can tell that she wanted to do this as soon as possible. You can tell that it’s bad done. I’m doing my nails for over 15 years but never had them so TERRIBLE. Look at the details. I also did that day gel pedicure. First the lady left super big space between nail and skin so the looked like they 2 weeks old. Two the lady didint had them too long in the lamp and when I came back home the gel came off!!! I didn’t came back to complain only because I didn’t wanna come back to this place! Also this place is super dirty.

I’ve been coming to this salon for the past two years, and unfortunately my experience has been largely disappointing. About 85% of the nail technicians lack consistency and skill—uneven filing, sloppy polish application, and techniques that significantly weaken nails. After some visits, it took months for my nails to recover. There are maybe two technicians who actually know what they’re doing. Yesterday was the final straw. I specifically requested one of the skilled techs, but she wasn’t available. I then asked for the owner and was told he wasn’t free, but his wife was. I was told she could take me, so I left work during my lunch break to come in. When I arrived, the owner’s wife informed me, with a very dismissive and offensive tone, that she does not take new clients and would only

Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. The salon did not feel clean, and three of my gel nails were visibly uneven with ridges from poor application. While the technician did redo them after I pointed it out, there was no apology and a clear sense of annoyance about fixing the issue. No one checked in afterward or asked how the service was before I left. Mistakes happen, but professionalism and customer care were lacking here. I won’t be back.

go to david. i travel for him! super detail oriented and does not let you leave without making sure youre happy. its rare to find a nail tech that really understands and knows how to do “gothy” (for lack of a better word) type acrylics without breaking the bank and ive tried a lot of them. pricing is very fair. plus hes a super nice guy!
