Chel is a gem! I cannot expound enough on the appreciation I have for her skill/knowledge. I've walked in with tight and stiff muscles and left feeling good as new, range of motion restored and most importantly a decrease in overall stress. Chel is very welcoming, attentive and knows the body well, the way it should move and how to address underlying issues. An absolute recommend for a top quality therapist.

I drive a great distance to see Chel because she truly helps relieve my pain. Her techniques are excellent, and she always knows exactly how to target the problem areas.
