Wonder Nails

DO NOT GO HERE ! Very unprofessional. I got my eyebrows waxed for my birthday and WENDY(The lady who did them ) burnt my skin off. When i came back to show them what happened wendy told me i burnt my self and the manager REFUSED to accommodate me. I will be calling state board.

They were very kind and helpful. They got my boyfriend and I in for a pedicure and manicure as well as an SNS set with bling and had us out of there in under two hours. The older lady said she’s been doing nails for over 30 years and it shows in her work. I’m very grateful that they informed me on the pricing and everything beforehand. Regarding the, maybe language barrier- they may not be speaking about you because we have to keep in mind there are different dialects in their home countries so I wouldn’t base my opinion on these women on Google translates possible mishap.

They overcharged me $5 for a gel takeoff that I did not have! It was regular polish and I was not told up front there was a fee! I went back and asked about it but decided not raise hell over the $5. I’ve decided to trash them online instead. They did a mediocre job and the painting was terrible on my feet. It won’t last long. I won’t be back.

For Starters This nail salon is a chop shop. If you care about your health do not go here! Ive been a couple times only for pedicures. The same guy always does it and does a decent job. But they Are highly unsanitary. Yesterday Tuesday 1/25/2022 i went with my boyfriend to get a manicure. LOAN NGUYEN Is who did our nails. While getting my "manicure" she asked me to pick a color and i chose white. I asked her how much and she said 15 total. FALSE She cut me and didn't apologize or discount my service. Then i went to wash my hands and i saw her cleaning out the bowl i was soaking my hands in and she just damped out the water and filled it up again to use on someone else....she never cleaned it. I went in on Thursday evening about an hour before closing to get mani and pedis for my daughter and I. We didn't get tips put on, just gel polish. It is now Tuesday and the gel polish on 4 of my nails have chipped. A couple of my daughter's nails have also began to chip. Almost $100 spent for nothing. Waste of money. I felt like the service was rushed. Stop accepting business/money from customers when you really don't want to do the job. I will not be going back to this nail salon. Very poor service.
