Empress Beauty is my go-to spot for all things beauty! They have such a huge selection everything from makeup to hair products and it’s all so well organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. I love how knowledgeable they are about products and shades, and they make shopping here such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality products and great service!

They sold me a synthetic wig listed as human paid 200$ for a synthetic wig as soon as I put the hot comb on it it burned the hair. The guy wasn’t really that helpful he wanted me to pay more money for another wig by offering me half off to make it right why not just do an exchange they know they are wrong… he tried questioning me and I’m a whole beautician I know a blend!!!

I found everything I was looking for the staff were polite and helpful! Everything was in stock and neatly organized. I will definitely be returning.

This review is regarding the Stone Mountain location. Google is currently restricting reviews there due to suspicious high-rated activity, so I am posting here to make sure my experience is known. I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience. I purchased hair bundles for $35 that were labeled “NA/black,” which I reasonably believed meant natural black. I asked for natural color 12 in, the hair was jet black. When I got home, I realized the color was not what I requested. Before returning, I called the store and was told I could bring the item back. However, when I arrived, the employee refused to exchange or refund the product. He became argumentative and dismissive.
