I had a confirmed appointment after several non returned phone calls. l showed up for my cut and color today at 2:45 and the lights were out. No phone call, no text, nothing. It is supposed to start snowing later tonight. It's also 36 degrees and not supposed to start sticking until over night. I'm okay with the over cautious but not OK that I made the trip with no phone call, text, email.

I have been going to this salon for almost 20 years. They are fantastic and I’d never go anywhere else. Michele is a genius at coloring and cutting hair. She is really talented. She always checks on how I liked my previous cut/color and always ensures I am happy before I leave the shop.

Michele is amazing! She changed my hair. She gave me my dream haircut and found the perfect color for me. She really takes the time to get to know what you want, your hair type and then even the shape of your head to understand how your hair falls. On top of that, under her guidance, I finally grew my eyebrows to where they need to be! Highly recommend, you will love her!

Michele is the BEST!! she's a perfectionist when it comes to hair and eyebrows. I've never looked better and she's helped me with making my hair healthier. Go. 😊 Very homey feeling, not intimidating salon at all. She'll take the time to find out what you're looking for. Bring A pic in of the haircut you want. That helps! Also not floor to ceiling mirrors...... thank goodness. Who wants to look at themselves sitting like that???!!

Kerri is amazing! I've had long hair for many years and was ready for a change. She met with me to discuss styles that would work well and be realistic (I'm a working mom who won't prioritize hour-long styling every morning). She was a perfect guide and the final result is amazing! You won't go wrong with Kerri!
