Uncertified Stylist Installing Hand-Tied Hair Extensions Uncertified stylist installed 2 rows (4 wefts) on 9/16/25. The appointment was less than 90 minutes which included removal of old extensions 2 rows (4 wefts - 24" at original install - less than 8 months old), wash/dry of hair, root color, and installation. Within 10 days, side rows popped and attached are pictures of the installation. On day 12, one row and weft had 75% detached from my head and was being held in place by bobby pins. The extensions were just installed on my scalp. Not layered in with my own hair, no cut -in or textured in. Very obvious where my own hair started and stopped compared to the extensions - a jellyfish-like appearance. Very poor installation along with no blending of the extensions to the original hair.

I tell it like it is. I purchased a gift card from Wisp for my wife's birthday. When my wife tried to used it, she was told it had expired and was only good for a year. Yes, it had been over a year since it was gifted the card. No where on the envelope, card supplied by Wisp, or the actual gift card did it have an expiration date on it. I strongly believe in good customer service and Wisp missed a great opportunity to show that they actually care about the customer and were even rude about it. Word to the wise, deal directly with their stylists because the management doesn't care about you. Really feels like they stole my money and didn't care about it. Shame. Update.
