First impression after walking in; I love the variety of products they offer. After checking in for my first visit I was really impressed with the intake form they asked me to complete. It asked specific questions about my hair care, styling preferences and hair desires/goals. I’ve never had a salon ask for that info but it shows they really care and want to make clients happy. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. They had a great selection of teas and coffee and lemon ice water. I feel like Reagan did a very thorough job on my high and low lights and a trim. Best part was the scalp massage!! Overall I was pleased with the experience and my hair turned out great! I had my first appointment at J Salon this morning and Zoe was AMAZING! She never rushed me, discussed my concerns and my ideas — and she gave me the most beautiful color and cut I’ve had in YEARS. Not to mention, she gave me a ton of styling tips. Can’t wait to go back and tell everyone about her! A few months later… I went back to see Zoe today and had another wonderful experience.
