Wise Men Barbers

My first time at Wise Men and I admit I was apprehensive. My barber Eddie is the strong silent type and I wasn't sure he understood what I wanted. It turns out he did and I got an excellent cut. Far beyond my expectations. Well done, Lad. See you again. Part2: I went back to Nice Guy Eddie and again got a great cut that only got better after a shampooing. The truest of tests. Well done.

In the city of thousands barbershops, Wise Men stands out the most. Mike has a PHD in fades and every other hair style. The only guy who can suggest a haircut to fit your face and personality.

Update: Been going since 2018 and it’s 2024 and haircuts are still great! I travel all the way from Williamsburg every time. Mike is legit!! Always gives me a fresh fade, knows how to how to handle asian male hair for only $30. Totally worth it, available by appointment or walk in and so professional.

I've been getting my hair cut with Mike on and off since 2016 and was thrilled to see that he opened his own shop here a few years ago Not only do the barbers at Wise Men offer a great, affordable haircut but Mike always takes his time and you never feel rushed You can always count on having a great conversation here and leaving with a smile

Fantastic barbershop. Came with an appt and was seated immediately. Eddie did a great job. I showed him a photo and he executed it perfectly. Better than I have had before. Also the prices here are great. $35 for an appt cut is pretty good for NYC. I’ve paid double for place in a suburb of Baltimore. Recommend!
