I had one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon here. I got my nails done last week, and before I even walked out of the shop, the polish on my hands started turning colors. Oddly enough, I had the same polish applied to my toes, and those look perfectly fine …so it was clearly not the polish. When I brought it up, the nail tech blamed the product instead of addressing the actual issue. Because of how bad they looked, I had to cancel my evening plans to get them redone the same day. Another nail tech attempted to fix them, but I had to search high and low and find a color that wasn’t even in the gel book I originally chose from(I like for my nails and toes to match). After sitting there for 3 hours, I settled and left, even though the set was still not up to standard. W

Very clean and very kind staff. Attentive and they did a great job on my feet. I treated myself for my Birthday and could not have picked a better place. Very Welcoming. I was visiting from Houston and thought OK let me try a Duncanville Nail Salon. I was told to come here by our local friend we are visiting for weekend. So very glad I did. My feet feel "Wonderful" and the mango margarita was not bad at all:) I brought my own Nail Polish.

Today was my first time coming here (I am new to Texas and I have tried several nail salons in the past 5 months and they were not to my standards that I was used to from back home in Arkansas) I came here and the staff was very nice and professional! Kay did me an awesome job on my pedicure and Steve really took his time on my nails to get them right! I appreciate the staff for going the extra mile to provide a great service to me! I will be returning! Update: I returned today after 3 weeks and Eva and Ann did a great job as well!! I loved the service I received it’s decorated so nice, and the atmosphere was relaxing! I have officially found my nail salon here in Texas. I definitely recommend that you try this nail salon! I also received a 20% off by going on Monday which took my balance

Love this place and the atmosphere! Daisy gives the best pedicures! She’s patient and very gentle! I sat down and never had to give her any instructions!!! Nancy did my nails and she’s the best! Nancy is so sweet and soft spoken!

Review: Wintergreen Nails & Spa – DeSoto, TX Very disappointing experience. I clearly declined gel services multiple times upon arrival, yet when it was time to pay, gel charges were added for both my mother and me anyway. When I refused to pay for services I explicitly declined, they wanted us to wait while they replace the gel which I declined. Upon further review of my receipts, they still managed to add a gel removal charge to both tickets that wasn’t originally on the ticket. This felt less like a misunderstanding and more like a bait-and-switch tactic to increase the bill. After I pushed back and even mentioned calling the police to resolve the issue, they told me not to return — which is perfectly fine with me. First visit and definitely the last.
