This was my second visit …my first time was during their soft opening. They didn’t have everything quite set up yet, which was totally fine and understandable for a new business. I booked online the night before for a Brazilian and full leg wax, but when I arrived, they didn’t have my appointment in the system. I had to explain what I was there for, which I didn’t mind given it was opening week. The waxing itself was decent, though the wax temperature was extremely hot even after mentioning it to the tech a few times. Still, the results were fine. Later that same day, I came back with my daughter to get henna for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it. I was able to get a same day appt. I asked the henna artist Rozz to freestyle a design on my right hand and on a thinning area on side of my head. I love the results! Beautiful location and great atmosphere with welcoming and warm staff. Will definitely be a regular customer.

I usually come here to get my eyebrows threaded and never had any issues, but this time I decided to try eyebrow lamination — unfortunately, that was a mistake. The service burned my skin, leaving it red, swollen, and extremely irritated. Despite this, they still charged me for the service. It’s clear they aren’t properly trained in brow lamination. I’ve had my brows laminated many times before and never experienced anything like this. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning. My eye area looks bruised — it literally looks like someone punched me. I hope they realize they can get in serious trouble for performing services without proper training and take the time to educate and train their employees properly. Very unprofessional and unsafe.
