I really wanted to like Wink Brows because the location is prime and the technician who helped me was genuinely kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t match the price point. There were multiple scheduling issues — my first appointment was moved, then after rescheduling for 3pm I received another call asking me to come in unexpectedly, which made the whole process feel disorganized and uncertain. Do I have an appointment or not? Although the technician was sweet and still fit me in, the service itself felt a bit rushed. The brow shape wasn’t very defined and the threading wasn’t as clean as I expected — there was still noticeable hair growth left when I got home. I also had to wait extra time to get charged while they were able to sort out scheduling issues.

I love Wink Brow Bar, and Olivia is the best! She’s incredibly sweet and friendly, always making me feel welcome. Olivia pays great attention to detail, and she did my brows perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend her! 🩵

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your brows and lashes to be ruined. I came in here on December 16th 2024 for a lash lift and tint and brow threading for the first time the day before going home for the holidays and Im only now writing this review because I was left with a HORRIBLE EYE INFECTION from the lash tint and it just recently cleared up ruining my entire holiday vacation and time home with my family. Hours after leaving the salon my eyes became red and swollen and I immediately washed off the tint even though I was supposed to wait 24hrs but it was too late. My eyes were extremely itchy, red and swollen. It was one of the most uncomfortable and painful things I’ve ever had to endure and it lasted for 10 days while the only thing that gave me any relief was icing my eyes constantly.

I’ve come here a ton and they usually do a great job so I’m having trouble writing this review. I like to keep my eyebrows thick and usually I ask to clean them up and keep them as thick as possible. I had an appt w Carolyn and she seemed to understand that but when I looked in the mirror after the service my brows were sooo thin. Way thinner than when I came in and definitely more than “cleaned up.” I’m pretty devastated about this, as it’s going to take forever for them to grow in. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Wow. I never had a lash lift before and I was a bit nervous. But O M G what an amazing job Diana did on me. Soft hands, knowledgeable and informative, and so comforting because she saw I was nervous. I can not get over how much I love my lashes. They talk about “embrowerment” here at wink and I see why. I felt amazing after looking in the mirror and seeing my stunning lashes. I already can’t wait to come back
