Windsor Barbershop & Salon

I'm am not local to Arlington, just in town for a work trip, but I stopped by Windsor Ballston Barbershop & Salon on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have an appointment, but they allowed walk-ins, and I ended up getting a cut from Andres. I was genuinely surprised by the level of care and detail he put into the haircut. It wasn’t rushed, he was meticulous from start to finish, checking everything twice and making sure it looked perfect from every angle. It’s rare to see that kind of precision, especially when you're walking in as a first-time customer. The haircut was so good that I might start timing my work trips with my haircuts. Highly recommend for locals or people just coming through!

Barber was fine, but if I'm paying $35 for a men's haircut (without wash or head massage), then this should be the best haircut I've ever gotten in my life. It was not - I've gotten better haircuts at Great Clips. Again, not bad, just way overpriced.

They Request 100% tip, I personally find this aggressive, could be just the one barber with long hair who asks for that amount but though worth mentioning. Haircut is okay, he did cut too much from my long hair

I’ve been getting my haircut by Jorge for almost 2 years now since I’ve moved to the dmv area. Every single month he never disappoints and gets the fade perfect. Appreciate the attention to details..I have never received as many compliments on my hair since I’ve been going to Jorge. Love the new location in Ballston. I have recommended this place to my friends and recommend it to anybody.
