Ask for Peter!! 💅🏼 He does such an incredible job on your nails- shapes them perfectly and doesn’t hurt you! Very friendly and fun to have conversation with! You’ll notice his price board - it hasn’t changed since the 70’s!! He only charged me $15 for a fill and doctored up my nails perfectly! So his rates are cheap!! But the quality is on par with any standard salon! For a hole in the wall- this salon is unbeatable!! 🙌🏼

I randomly came across this salon when the original place I planned to go to was fully booked. This was hands down thee best pedicure of my life! So authentic and thorough. I will definitely be coming here from now on during my visits to LA. 🥰

If you wish to support a small business, this is the place to go! Reminded me of my parents/grandparents, super homely and overall a wholesome experience. Don't get thrown off by the entrance, the couple is very welcoming and warm. If you're a perfectionist, rude, picky, superficial kind of a person this isn't the place for you. I got acrylic nails done, they save your nail as is, love the shape, keeps the acrylic thin, and attentive to cuticles.

I did not get my nails done here unfortunately, he didn't have dip powder. I can't speak to his talent as a nail tech but it was during business hours. He had the door locked with the chain and cracked open. I couldn't tell if it was open. I stood there looking and he peeked out. Said it was cash only and then asked me if I knew what color - he started to show me colors which were all covered up with towels? The whole operation just seems so underwhelming and I'm sure he's a nice man. But do better.

I called in advance for nails and pedicure service. The day of my appointment I arrived five minutes early to find Pete(the one I had the appointment with) starting on another patron. I expressed that I called and had an appt. He nonchalantly apologized and said it would take about 35 mins. The person who was to do my feet had gone to the store and conveniently left her phone at the shop. I decided to check out the polishes. They were old and separated. As I turned around to leave, Pete dryly offered his apologies and bid me a good day. Never go there again, zero customer service which happened to match the environment perfectly...
