Willy's Hair Styling

After more than two decades of getting inconsistent haircuts at barbershops around NYC (including some well-reviewed ones), I walked past Willy's in the fall of 2019 when they had a chair available, and I've been going there ever since. Willy is eminently likable and a gifted barber -- he's always given me great haircuts, and every time I'm there, two or three regulars pop in to say hi to him. His friend Koki is similarly cool and has regulars as well. I highly recommend Willy's, but please don't take my appointment if you do go.

I’ve been going to Willys for 27 years now and I will never go anywhere else! If I move then I’ll just have to come back every now and again for haircuts.

Willy’s is the place to go on the UES. Willy and Koki are great, they are extremely friendly and pay close attention to detail. I always leave feeling and looking great.

Willy's has been my barber for upwards of a decade. I met him when he was the standout barber working at a barebrhsop on First Avenue. When he set out on his own, I followed. He has maintained his high level of service in his own shop and everyone who works in his salon meets that standard. The salon is well maintained and a pleasant space. All the stylists are good guys, interesting and talkative -- or not talkative -- as you see fit. I have moved from Manhattan but I still come back in to get my hair cut.

best barber in new york!! hands down. ive been to over thirty different barbers in new york specifically the upper east side and this place is the bomb!!!! felt like a million dollars when i walked out of here, and received many compliments! try them out and you will be pleased!
