Rob is the best! Don’t let his soft spoken nature and genuine smile think you are getting an aromatherapy massage with candles! He is fierce! Rob is the best deep tissue massage therapist I have ever been to! He knows exactly where your body needs the pressure as if you gave him a detailed list before walking into the room. But please… if you are looking for a relaxing experience then do not do the deep tissue. The “ ahhh” moment comes at the end and the next day! I feel so blessed to have found Paula and Rob! Truly gifts to the healthcare community!

I was one of those kids who had to wear saddle shoes for my very flat feet. Of course my poorly supportive feet have led to all sorts of issues with balance, knees, SI joint dysfct, plantar fasciitis. I stretch, cycle, do core strengthening, and to keep myself pain free, I go to Rob. Rob just connects it all with an understanding of what’s happening with your tendons, trigger points, joints and muscles. His reflexology practice on my feet combined with whichever massage technique I’ve needed to feel relief are awesome! He listens, he cares, he carefully figures it out. He’s really a professional and I appreciate his work so much!
