True REST Float Spa

I had an amazing experience and left feeling so relaxed! Scott was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I was a little skeptical at first because it is hard for me to relax. I was able to float and disconnect from the world. The place was so clean and had lots of great scents and calming music. After my float I was able to sit in another room with the oxygen bar, tea/honey, and a book, listening to the sound of the fish tank. I will definitely be going back!

I truly cannot rave about this experience enough. I’m currently on a journey of self care and healing as I grieve the loss of my father, and this has been my favorite stop so far and will likely top the list overall. From the moment I walked in, Scott was one of the most welcoming and genuine people I’ve ever met. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly before I entered the pod, which immediately put me at ease. Once inside, I was able to fully relax my body and sit in gratitude for the moment and the experience I was having. After my float, Scott set me up with an oxygen treatment and then took the time to sit with me and listen to my experience, not just during the float but in life. My partner and I recently visited True Rest Float Spa in Ocean for our first floating experience, and it was truly exceptional. Our instructor, Scott, was not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable, making us feel at ease and prepared for the experience. The facility itself was impeccably clean and welcoming. The float pods were spacious, accommodating my 6'2" boyfriend with plenty of room to spare. The experience was incredibly rejuvenating, both physically and mentally. The water was perfectly maintained, and the post-float amenities, including hot tea and an oxygen bar, were the perfect way to unwind. Overall, our visit to True Rest Float Spa was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We can't wait to return!

Wow wow wow ! I just finished my first float experience and I left with a membership because I have to come back again. First I have to say Scott was absolutely awesome, he explained everything so well and helped show me and my friend around the entire place and explained how everything works . I was a bit nervous because I had never done a float spa and I was a bit skeptical about how relaxing it may feel as I tend to be a bit paranoid and I don’t like being in enclosed places I was a bit on edge. I ended up falling into a nice relaxing deep sleep and I’m still shocked because that’s not like me at all haha I can go on and on but I have to say this was an awesome experience . Thank you Scott for really setting the tone and helping create an amazing atmosphere.

I love this place! Definitely coming back. I was in a car accident and I'm dealing with three herniated discs. I'm trying to put off surgery and I don't like taking prescription drugs. Floating is the one thing that helps me the most. Relieves all the pressure in your joints and is extremely calming. I highly recommend this if you're in pain, have anxiety, or even just a rough day and need to relax. The staff is amazing and very attentive to your needs.
