Willow Tree Massage Therapy

I'm a grateful new client at Willow Tree as of Dec 2025. I love how the location is tucked away at the end of a business strip. I'm very impressed with the peaceful atmosphere that the owner, Jeanette, has created in the lobby area and within the two rooms that I've seen. I've only met 3 staff members but all three were authentically friendly & kind. My first massage was a same-day request where a 30 min only appt was made available with Jeanette. Y'all...this massage therapist knows how to find tight knots, do deep tissue work & relax the trigger points. I left feeling so much better, slept great & woke up pain-free. I had the best massage in a very long time from Jeanette. I had so many areas that had pain and tension. The massage was exactly what I needed and also relaxing. I am pain-free and feel amazing. I will definitely be back for Jeanette's gifted massage technique.

I've come here for massages in the past but it's been a couple of years since my last visit. I should've guessed I was in for a disappointing session by the looks of the person leaving before me. I had a 60 minute customized massage and I honestly couldn't wait until it was over. The massage therapist left twice and had no technique although I told her I had a lot of tightness from my neck to hips due to a computer desk job. She placed a heat pad on my back and not much else that I could call a massage. I feel like I blew good money for nothing. I am so disappointed and if the owner isn't aware of this issue, they either don't care or not vetting their massage staff very well. If it's not apparent, I will not be going back. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my pregnant fiancée had at this business. I purchased her a gift card for what was supposed to be a prenatal massage, and she scheduled the appointment online, clearly indicating it was prenatal, listing her problem areas, and adding on a scalp massage. When she arrived, it was immediately apparent that the masseuse had no idea it was a prenatal massage—despite my fiancée being visibly very pregnant. There was no proper support or accommodations for her comfort, the session did not focus on her problem areas, the scalp massage was completely forgotten, and she was left feeling extremely uncomfortable throughout.
