Many months ago I had one of the stylists at Willow, Ashley, do first a perm and a couple of months later, a highlight. In both instances, she left me sitting well beyond the appropriate times because she was busy with another customer and ignored the time, causing my hair to be damaged. With the perm, she also forgot the order of the procedure and I ended up with several strands of my hair straighter than when I came into the salon and quite noticeable among the curled hair. Why would I return to her for the highlight after my experience with the perm? I often give others a second chance; but when the same behavior happened again, I was done.

Ashley is talented, knowledgeable, and personable. She actively engages with you and puts her skills and experience at your disposal. You can tell she cares!
