Hi! This is a LEGIT review, 100% honest. I have been doing my hair with Ms Castillo for 17 years now (yes, she started her craft at pretty young age and has a lot of experience by now). You can’t improvise experience! When I started doing my hair with her, my hair was pretty damaged, frizzy, unruly, and with a “carrot” color that I did not like at all! The undertone of my hair is Orange/Gold, meaning that no matter what color I die my hair, it will always try to go to Orange tones over time (she explained that to me - she not only takes care of your hair, she educates you as well!).
