Willow Nails

I went here instead of my regular salon on a whim and I really wish I hadn’t. The tech that did my nails was rough and not very friendly at all. The tech that did my pedicure was nice, but made 2 toes bleed. They don’t use freshly sanitized wrapped tools. Guess what?! I got an infection on one of my toes within hours. I had to treat it with antibiotic ointment and alcohol for a full week to get it to go away and it was painful! Additionally, the tech had a fungus on her thumb nails which I didn’t see until she was using them to wipe away the excess polish on my toenails. So, I also used antifungal medication on my toes when I got home as a precaution. My toenails were cut unevenly and none are really straight across. This place is highly unsanitary and not aesthetic or pretty on the interi

I had an amazing pedicure with Lisa. She did a great job on my feet. My only downfall was that my toes were not polished properly/evenly. So...wasn't too happy about that. Notice in the photos how the polish doesn't go all the way to the tips...and on the big toe, the Polish is thin (one layer) around the cuticle and thicker in the center.

I recently had dip nails done, and I thought I had finally found a good place. I guess I was wrong since within the first 3-4 days the top coat started peeling on the nails. I’ve never experienced this at other salons, so it looks like I definitely will not be a returning customer.

Well I have to say, "3x is a charm" especially since KIM did my nails this time....KIM worked MAGIC on my horribly mishaped nails, THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL ! Also, I highly recommend the pedicures, the hot stones & extra time on the leg massage is a close to absolute Zen as it gets... I caught myself dozing off a couple of times.....I LOVE THIS SALON

Update 3/11/22 - still great service✔ Ms. Kim and her staff always provide great services. And if for any reason you have to return they will honor what they do.
