I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Rooted today. My husband made the appointment for me just 4 days post-op, since I’m not able to wash my own hair yet and was feeling pretty gross. From the moment I arrived, Ashley took the most incredible care of me. She is truly one of the kindest, most thoughtful humans. Ashley went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and fully supported the entire time. She paid such close attention to all of my post-op restrictions and handled everything with so much care and professionalism. I took down a protective style and my scalp was itchy and irritated. I booked the detox treatment and Ashley delivered! My scalp left feeling cleansed and refreshed, the irritation and itchiness is gone. I had an amazing experience, Ashley created a relaxing space with pillows, blankets, and an eye mask. She was very thorough and attentive to my needs. I’m now a believer in scalp maintenance and will be a returning customer!!
