Willow Head Spa is truly such a special experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt my wholllllle body relax. The ambience is calm, cozy, and so thoughtfully put together. It feels like a little escape from real life the second you step inside. The lobby is a VIBE! The customer service is incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely wants you to have the best experience and I felt that from everyone I interacted with there. The head spa itself is amazing. The massage was beyond relaxing and melted away tension I did not even realize I was carrying. I also loved the scalp analysis. It made everything feel customized and intentional, not just relaxing but actually beneficial too. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and completely reset! I want to go back A

The service was exceptional. The staff is always punctual, professional, and so friendly. There is a genuine respect among the team members that you can feel — it makes the whole experience even more comfortable. I especially want to highlight Tierra. The level of care and attention she gave me was beyond anything I expected. She was thorough, gentle, and incredibly attentive to detail. I had The Signature Treatment and it was absolutely amazing. I’ve had plenty of massages and relaxation treatments before, but this was on a completely different level. I have never felt that relaxed. From start to finish, the experience was calming, intentional, and incredibly soothing. It wasn’t just a treatment — it was a full mind-and-body reset. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely at peace. If you’re even thinking about trying it, do it. I can’t recommend Willow Head Spa enough!

11/10 experience for my first head spa! I have been wanting to do a Japanese head spa experience for years and I finally booked it. Not only did they address my scalp concerns but you get an amazing facial, should massage and scalp massage. My hair and scalp have never felt better. I had this done in their new space and it was quiet and relaxing. I know other reviews mentioned noise but that was at their old location so it isn’t an issue anymore. The women who work there are so friendly. I highly recommend treating yourself or someone else to a head spa experience at Willow Head Spa.

You will DEFINITELY want to give this place a try! Easy access off the highway, and plentiful (Sunday) parking. The space is warm and relaxing and I was greeted pleasantly by the front desk person who offered me tea. Madison was an incredible practitioner and clearly described what we’d be doing during our session after taking a look at my scalp. I only wish I’d booked the longer session. They have incorporated several small customer service gestures that created not just an appointment, but an experience. I’ll absolutely be back.
