Really proud of my mom and my Aunt Shelby for opening, maintaining and creating a beautiful salon that draws in so many happy customers. The entire staff is a big family and I’m always glad when I get to come into my moms work and get my hair cut amongst the most talented women in Raleigh.

I have been so happy having Brynn Terry as my stylist (along with my daughter's) for over a decade. The Collective has been the icing on a very rich cake! The space is luxurious and so thoughtfully designed, which is an additional bonus to the impeccable and consistent service Mrs. Terry has offered over the years. Having ethnic, thick hair means finding a stylist is extremely difficult. Brynn has never once disappointed nor failed to highlight, style and cut my hair with excellence in the many years I've been with her. My hair has maintained great health through many changes both in style and as I have gotten older. On top of that, she's extremely personable making the hours in her chair something I greatly look forward to with the added bonus of leaving the salon feeling and looking like

Have been seeing Brynn for over 10 years now. She is by far the best stylist I’ve ever seen! I consider her a color master artist, she saved me years ago when another small town stylist fried my hair! I drive close to an hour 1 way to see her and would literally fly cross country if I had to. Her new salon, The Collective, is beautiful and every detail thought through to make your visit personalized and comfortable. All the stylists there are fabulous.
