I’ve been to a lot of massage therapists over the years, including some highly experienced ones, and Shellena is on a completely different level. Her extensive knowledge of the body and muscle structure is incredible. She doesn’t just give a good massage—she actually fixes issues that no one else has been able to address for me. I highly recommend her.

I cannot say enough about Shellena's massage work!! LIFE changing - and I'm not exaggerating..... After my double mastectomy surgery, I went to Shellena for a lymphatic drainage massage. It was just a week or so after surgery and I was in a lot of pain - so I was hesitant for her to work on areas that were so sensitive. BUT - it was SO helpful, and I know she was key in helping speed up my recovery. After my SECOND surgery, I developed some MASSIVE nerve damage that was making it hard for me to use my right arm. I called Shellena and she knew EXACTLY what to do. I set weekly appointments with her and after the second appointment, I noticed a HUGE change. Things continue to get better as I now see her on an "as needed" basis. If you want a soothing, tranquil massage - she can do that. BUT -

One of the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapists I’ve been to. She works absolute magic and geeks out (in the best way) about anatomy, explaining what’s actually going on with your body. I love knowing why something hurts and what she’s doing to fix. It’s like a massage + mini anatomy lesson. Every session leaves me feeling so much better, more mobile, and way less tense. I also love going to her after traveling and sitting on the flight for several hours. You can tell she genuinely cares, knows her stuff, and is constantly thinking about how the body works as a whole. If you want a massage that’s both incredibly effective and fascinating, this is your person.

Absolutely incredible experience every time. Shellena is truly gifted at what she does. Her knowledge of the body and her ability to understand exactly what my active lifestyle needs has made a huge difference for me. I’ve seen her several times now, and whether it’s deep tissue work or her amazing steamed rock treatments, I walk out feeling rejuvenated, restored, and noticeably less tense. By the next day, I feel lighter, more mobile, and honestly detoxed in the best way. She has magic hands—no question about it. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants real, targeted, therapeutic work from someone who knows the body inside and out.
