Paul is very specific when it comes to personalized massage therapy sessions. He listens very carefully to your medical history and tailors his sessions to suit what you need. I've never met a massage therapist who has honed his skills to a "T" and is a phenomenal expert in his field. Blessed to have found him! Paul has significantly helped with my advanced progress (post-surgery) in getting back to functioning normally with everyday life. Tasha is super personable and is also top-notch! Super blessed they are so close to home!

I get frequent massages and I've had several massages with Tasha and she is one of the BEST massage therapists I have ever been to. She is very calm and knows bodies so well. I appreciate how she can help me identify what is causing my aches and pains and give me suggestions on how to prevent those pains from continually returning. My muscles get so tight and sensitive and Tasha listens and can interpret what I'm saying into the perfect amount of pressure and depth for the massage. She and Paul are both very knowledgeable about different types of massage and what each person can really benefit from the most.
